Our goal is to achieve zero waste and net-zero carbon by 2030, if not sooner.

 

Here are a few steps we've taken to lead the way in driving change within the events industry:

 

• We prioritize sustainability in all our procurement decisions, including catering, venue selection, and the accommodations we recommend.

 

• We provide smart badge technology which allows significant reduction of paper by reducing the exchange of business cards as well as the reduction of promotional materials through the digital briefcase accessible on touchpoints.

 

• Encourage attendees to use public transport by providing information in pre-show communications, reducing car travel to the event. All travel details can be found here.

 

• The majority of our graphics are recyclable, and we ensure they are disposed of responsibly through established recycling channels. Flex materials are repurposed for agricultural applications and shelter coverings, while sunboards are reused in future exhibitions or are sent to local craft manufacturers who use all these sunboards for small paintings, souvenirs and photo frame backing.

 

• Segregation of Hazardous waste and Electronic waste is managed by authorized vendor, UPPCB. Dry waste is handled by authorized vendor,  GNIDA. Wet waste is converted into organic compost in 250 kg composter and used for maintaining green belt area.

 

• We are actively working with partners that value sustainability, India Expo Mart, Meroform, GRSS ADVANTAGE, Creative Events & Media Services.

 

• The carpets used throughout Labelexpo India are fully recyclable and managed through a dedicated recycling program. Our commitment extends beyond simple recycling; we actively facilitate the redistribution of carpets to schools, residential areas, wedding venues, and other facilities. This comprehensive approach ensures that carpet waste is either repurposed or transformed into new products.
