Please ensure you have registered for your exhibitor badge before requesting an invitation letter.
Letters will ONLY be issued to individuals that have registered.
In your request email please state the name of the Embassy and the Embassy's address the letter needs to be mailed to plus, please supply the following personal information:

- Company:
- Stall number:
- Stall sharer details: (name of the company you are sharing a stall with)
- Position:
- Passport no:
- Nationality:
- Date of expiry:
- Period of stay:
Your invitation letter will be returned to you in the form of a signed PDF document which you will need to print out and enclose with your visa application.
